Firefighters line the street in tribute for Daniel Pujdak.

Lining up in the hundreds in dress blue uniforms outside the parish church of fallen New York City firefighter Daniel Pujdak, his comrades stood in formal uniform in ninety degrees plus for his funeral Tuesday morning in Greenpoint. The sounds of Emerald Society bagpipes came from the parish auditorium beside St. Cecilia's Roman Catholic Church where an honor guard of four firefighters stood at the doors.
ArtAID provided thousands of remembrance cards, and a banner of the Firefighter's Angel hung proudly in front of his firehouse, Ladder 146, of FDNY.
