The two surviving sons of Captain William "Harry" Thompson, Rashaan and Michael Tompson accept this banner during a ceremony honoring their late father, who was killed when he left the safety of his post at the Courts to respond to the events of September 11. He died helping people get out of the burning World Trade Center.
