NEW YORK, --MAY 19, 2004. ArtAID provided a supportive presence to the Families of September 11th at the 911 Commission Hearings held at the New School in New York City. ArtAID provided NEVER FORGET prints and hung a 25 foot banner as a service to those families, to remind them that their loved ones would not be forgotten.

Family members and concerned citizens were forced to re-live the tragic events of September 11th in an attempt to get answers why so many innocent lives were lost.

Sally Regenhard (left) of the Skyscraper Safety Campaign lost her son Christian, a firefighter who was killed when the towers collapsed. She wanted answers, and is pictured holding a sign indicating what she felt she received. For more info visit the Skyscraper Safety Campaign.

As a service to the families attending the 911 Commission Hearings in New York City on May 18 and 19, ArtAID displayed the Never Forget banner in tribute to all those lost at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. Families expressed profound gratitude for this gesture that provided remembrance and recognition for their lost loved ones. ArtAID also distributed Never Forget prints to those in attendance, as part of our ongoing mission to serve this community in meaningful and honorable projects.
